ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

The Company announces that its Integrated Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025
(the "2025 Annual Report") was published today on its website:

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, the 2025 Annual Report has also been uploaded to the
UK National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at:

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), the regulated
information required under DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the 2025 Annual Report
as uploaded and available on the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website as
noted above.

The following documents, in addition to detailed sustainability data, have also been published on the
Company's website:

The Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Wednesday, 29 April 2026.
The Notice of the 2026 AGM will be published on 23 March 2026.
