AUDITED CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS for the year ended 30 June 2026

RESULTS OVERVIEW

     •    Revenue decreased by 2% to R1 876.1 million(1)
     •    Adjusted EBITDA(2) increased by R1.9 million to R161.9 million(1)
     •    Debt increased by R33.3 million
     •    Net debt stands at R571.1 million(1)
     •    Cash generated from operations increased by R39.4 million to R185.2 million(1)
     •    Biological asset value increased by 6% to R3 454 million(1)
     •    Net working capital decreased by 15% to R188.9 million(1)
     •    Earnings per share from continuing operations decreased from 66.63 cents to 28.73 cents(1)
     •    Headline earnings per share from continuing operations decreased from 65.50 cents to 30.68 cents(1)
     •    Core earnings(3) per share from continuing operations decreased from a loss of 0.86 cents per share to a
          loss of 4.92 cents per share(1)
     •    Net asset value per share increased from 659 cents to 679 cents
     •    No dividend has been declared for year ended 30 June 2026 (2025: R nil)

(1) The results present continuing operations. Comparative information has been presented on a consistent basis, where required by
    the applicable financial reporting requirements.
(2) Earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation, amortisation, impairment and fair value adjustment on biological assets from
    continued operations.
(3) Core earnings is defined as basic earnings adjusted for fair value adjustments on biological assets after taxation. This is a non-
    International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS®) measure.
