CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In accordance with the JSE Limited Debt & Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of Bank Windhoek would like to announce the appointment of Mr Zenaune Kamberipa
as financial director, effective 25 September 2026.

Regulatory approval for the appointment of Mr Zenaune Kamberipa has been obtained. The
appointment was made pursuant to the policy dealing with the nomination of directors of Bank
Windhoek.

The board welcomes Mr Zenaune Kamberipa and looks forward to benefiting from his insights and
contributions in the future.
