Availability of Integrated Annual Report

Shareholders of AfroCentric ("Shareholders") are advised that a full set of audited Annual Financial Statements
of the Company for the year months ended 31 December 2025 ("AFS") as well as the December 2025
Integrated     Annual      Report    ("IAR")     are    available        on      the   Company's        website:

Notice of AGM

Shareholders are further advised that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), Form of Proxy and
summarised financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 have been posted to Shareholders
on 8 April 2026 and available on the Company's website: https://www.afrocentric.za.com/investor-centre/.

Notice is hereby given that the 20th AGM of Shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2025 will be held
remotely on Monday, 11 May 2026 at 10h00 to transact the business as set out in the Notice of the AGM.

Shareholders must follow the AGM via a live webcast as provided in the Notice of AGM at:
https://www.corpcam.com/AfroCentricAGM2026.
