Redemption Announcement - “SBEN64”

Holders of the listed SBEN64 Equity Index Linked Notes (“the
Notes”) which are redeeming on 10 September 2026 are informed
that the level of the index was determined and calculated on 03
September 2026 as 130,027.10 .

Following this determination and calculation holders of the
Notes are advised as follows:

1. Holders will receive on 10 September 2026     an   amount   of
   120,883.58 South African cents per Note.


2. After the payment to holders as set out in paragraph 1 above
   on 10 September 2026, the Notes (SBEN64) will be de-listed
   from the JSE on 11 September 2026.
