Lifting of suspension

LIFTING OF SUSPENSION
Bondholders are referred to the announcement released by the JSE Limited ("JSE") on SENS on
27 March 2026 wherein bondholders were advised that the listing of the CoJ's debt securities and the
registration of its placing document had been suspended by the JSE due to the CoJ's failure to comply
with the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements ("DSS LR") by not publishing its
audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025 ("2025 AFS") within the prescribed
period stipulated in the DSS LR ("Suspension").
The CoJ published the 2025 AFS on 28 May 2026 and consequently its financial reporting obligations
are now fully up to date in accordance with the DSS LR.
The CoJ is therefore pleased to advise its bondholders that the JSE has lifted the Suspension with
immediate effect.
