CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: NOTIFICATION OF THE VOTING RESULTS IN RESPECT OF THE REQUEST
FOR CONSENT OF NOTEHOLDERS


Noteholders are referred to the announcement titled "Notification of the Voting Results in Respect of the
Meeting of Noteholders" released on SENS on 21 January 2026.

Attacq wishes to advise Noteholders that the voting methodology applied in the initial announcement was
incorrectly reflected. Accordingly, the announcement has been amended to reflect the correct calculation
methodology.
