FURTHER UPDATE REGARDING THE DELAY IN THE PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL REPORTING DOCUMENTS
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2025

Bondholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on Thursday, 29 January 2026,
regarding the delay in the submission of the City's Annual Reporting Documents to the JSE in
compliance with paragraph 6.5 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, and
are hereby advised that the submission of the Annual Reporting Documents has been further delayed.
Consequently, publication will no longer take place on or before 28 February 2026.

The City confirms that the Annual Reporting Documents will be tabled and subsequently submitted to
the JSE as soon as is practicable. Further updates regarding the anticipated publication date will be
provided in due course.
