TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2026

In terms of paragraph 6.26 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish
a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be
reported on next will differ by at least 20% from those of the previous corresponding period.

Shareholders are advised that the Company expects the following to be reported for the financial year
ended 31 March 2026:

    •   Headline earnings per share of US$25.6 cents compared to headline earnings per share of
        US$2.2 cents reported for the financial year ended 31 March 2025; and

    •   Basic earnings per share of US$26.2 cents compared to basic earnings of US$1.0 cent per
        share reported for the financial year ended 31 March 2025.

The expected increases are due to an increase in profits resulting from the realised profits and fair value
gains recognised on the Company's equity portfolio, coupled with favourable currency movements.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported
on by the Company's auditors.

The Company's summarised audited results for the year ended 31 March 2026 are expected to be
published on or about 26 June 2026.
