NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Toronto, April 14, 2026 – Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting (the "Meeting") of the
shareholders of Aimia will be held on May 13, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) / 4:30
p.m. (South African Standard Time) at Vantage Venues (Meeting Room: Executive One), 150 King
Street West, 16th Floor, Toronto, Ontario to transact the business stated in the notice.
The record date to determine shareholders entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the Meeting
was Friday, March 27, 2026. The last day to trade for shareholders on the South African register
was Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
