CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the Company (the
"Board") hereby advises that Mrs Kaamilah Finch ("Kaamilah") has resigned as a non-executive
director of the Board with effect from 20 April 2026.


As a consequence of her resignation, Kaamilah has also resigned as chairman of the Remuneration
and Nomination Committee and as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.


The Board thanks Kaamilah for her contributions to GPI during her tenure.
