CHANGE TO THE BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that independent non-executive director Ntombi Langa-Royds will
retire from the board of directors of Redefine and will not stand for re-election at the Company’s next annual
general meeting (AGM), expected to be held on 11 February 2027. Accordingly, her retirement will take effect
from the day following the AGM.

Ntombi will step down as the chairperson of the Remuneration Committee, member of the Nomination and
Governance Committee and as member of the Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee, effective from
the same date.

Following Ntombi’s retirement, independent non-executive director Cora Fernandez will step down as
chairperson of the Risk, Compliance and Technology Committee and assume the role of chairperson of the
Remuneration Committee. Independent non-executive director Nadya Bhettay will succeed Cora as
chairperson of the Risk, Compliance and Technology Committee.

Ntombi has served as a member of the Redefine board since November 2015. The board thanks Ntombi for
her valued support and significant contribution to Redefine during her tenure and wishes her well in her
retirement.
