CHANGE IN CREDIT RATING

In accordance with paragraph 6.28 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, Motus advises
that GCR Ratings, an independent ratings agency, upgraded the Company’s long-term issuer rating (due to strong
operating performance and the sustained reduction in debt) to AA from AA-(ZA), and affirmed the short-term
issuer rating at A1+(ZA). The rating outlook is stable.
