APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - MPHO PHILLEMON LEDWABA
In compliance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, the Board of Directors of the Issuer (“the Board”) announces the appointment of Mr
Mpho Phillemon Ledwaba as an Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board effective
19 October 2026.
Mr Ledwaba holds an LLB degree and has ten years’ professional experience working in the legal
division of various multinational companies, including extensive exposure to the debt capital
markets industry for both private and public companies.
Mr Ledwaba serves as a director in several securitisation structures, where he applies his legal
expertise and knowledge of banking and finance matters to support effective governance, and
regulatory compliance.
The appointment follows the passing of Mr Brian Smith on 9 October 2026, as previously
communicated.
