The JSE Limited ("JSE") has granted approval for the listing of Unsecured Floating Rate Notes
("Notes") under series RN2036, issued in terms of the Republic of South Africa's Domestic Multi
Term Note Programme Memorandum dated 9 September 2019, as updated, supplemented and/or
amended from time to time ("Programme Memorandum"), with effect from 11 May 2026.

Any capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same meanings ascribed thereto in the
section of the Programme Memorandum entitled "Terms and Conditions of the Notes".

The details pertaining to the issue of the RN2036 Notes are as follows:
