entire issue of SBEN54 Listed Note issued under its Structured
Note Programme and has requested the JSE Limited that SBEN54 be
de-listed effective 16 March 2026.


The new salient dates pursuant to the repurchase are set out
below:

Termination Date                Monday, 16 March 2026
