INVESTEC LIMITED: UPDATE OF THE PROGRAMME MEMORANDUM

Noteholders are advised that Investec Limited (the "Issuer") has superseded and replaced its
Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme (the "Programme"), as set out
in the Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme Memorandum (the
"Programme Memorandum") dated 16 April 2026 (the "Programme Date") and Securities issued
under the Programme on or after the Programme Date are subject to the provisions described
herein.

Any capitalised terms not defined in this SENS announcement have the meanings ascribed to
them in the Programme Memorandum.

Below is a summary of the changes contained in the Programme Memorandum:
• The Programme Amount is now reflected as ZAR50,000,000;
• The introduction to the Programme Memorandum as well as various sections in the
  Programme Memorandum have been updated extensively as part of a general revision of the
  Programme Memorandum;
• Some new definitions have been included and some definitions have been amended or
  deleted;
• The Programme Memorandum now includes terms and conditions for the issuance of Flac
  Notes, as well as an Applicable Pricing Supplement (Flac Notes);
• The information included in certain sections (such as the risk factors, exchange control,
  taxation, subscription and sale and settlement, clearing and transfer) have been removed from
  the Programme Memorandum and are now incorporated by reference and are contained in
  an Issuer Disclosure Document which is available for viewing or downloading on the following
  link: https://www.investec.com/en_za.html
• Information about the Issuer and the group of companies related to it, the Issuer's business,
  directors, debt officer, corporate governance etc are now included in the Issuer Disclosure
  Document.

The Programme Memorandum was approved by the JSE on 22 April 2026.

Investors should study the updated Programme Memorandum for full details of the relevant
changes.
