VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE DISPOSAL BY BRIMSTONE INVESTMENT
CORPORATION LIMITED OF A PORTION OF ITS INVESTMENT IN OCEANA

Shareholders of Oceana are referred to the announcement published by Brimstone Investment
Corporation Limited ("Brimstone") today, 04 December 2025, relating to the disposal by Brimstone of
a portion of its investment in Oceana equaling 11 950 000 shares to Marine Edge Capital Proprietary
Limited (the "Purchaser") (the "Brimstone Transaction").

As announced by Brimstone, the Purchaser is a South African-based company, which is 51% black
owned in terms of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, No. 53 of 2003. The Purchaser
is held and operated by a consortium active within the fishing industry, including Silverfin Fishing
Company and Blue Fin Investments Proprietary Limited.

Implementation of the Brimstone Transaction will result in Brimstone's beneficial interest in Oceana
reducing from 25.2% to 16.0% and the Purchaser holding a beneficial interest in Oceana of 9.2%.

In terms of Section 122(3) of the Companies Act, a regulated company that has received a notice in
terms of this section must (a) file a copy with the Takeover Regulation Panel ("TRP"); and (b) report
the information to the holders of the relevant class of securities unless the notice concerned a
disposition of less than 1% of the class of securities.

Oceana will submit a copy of the necessary forms to the TRP as soon as it has received the formal
notifications from Brimstone and the Purchaser in terms of Section 122(1) of the Companies Act and
publish the announcement as required.
