TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2025
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists
that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial
results for the previous corresponding period.
Nictus shareholders are advised that for the six months ended 30 September 2025, the Group expects
to report:
- earnings per share ("EPS") of between 38.46 cents and 43.62 cents compared to the EPS of
25.79 cents reported for the six months ended 30 September 2024 ("Previous Corresponding
Period"), being an increase of between 49% and 69%; and
- headline earnings per share ("HEPS") of between 38.39 cents and 43.69 compared to the HEPS
of 26.51 cents reported for the Previous Corresponding Period, being an increase of between
45% and 65%.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported
on by Nictus' independent auditor and is the responsibility of the directors of the Company.
The financial results for the six months ended 30 September 2025 are expected to be published on
SENS on or about Monday, 8 December 2025.
