EXTENSION OF APPOINTMENT AS GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 29 April 2024 regarding the extension of
appointment by disinterested members of the Board, as required by the Company's Memorandum of
Incorporation, of Mr Robinson Ramaite as Group Chief Executive Officer for a two-year period until 1 April 2026,
to ensure the effective execution of the strategic direction of the Company.

In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that,
having considered the current circumstances of the Company, the disinterested members of the Board have
resolved to extend the period of Mr Robinson Ramaite appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Salungano
Group until 31 March 2027.
