DEALING IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, details of a dealing in securities by
an associate of Mr Christian Phillipus David Vorster (“Director”), an executive director of
STADIO, are disclosed in the table below.

The Director has disposed, for the sole purpose of managing debt, through his associate,
Bredamonti Proprietary Limited, a limited number of STADIO shares, as detailed below.
Following the disposal, the Director, through his aforementioned associate, continues to hold
19 619 688 (nineteen million, six hundred and nineteen thousand, six hundred and eighty-
eight) STADIO shares.
