A manifest error has been identified and amended with effect from the Issue Date, 29 January 2026
in respect of the Notes. The amendment is in relation to the name of the Settlement Agent, as the
name was incorrectly stated in the Applicable Pricing Supplement as First National Bank Limited
as opposed to Standard Bank of South Africa Limited. The amended Applicable Pricing Supplement
that corrects the error has been signed, filed with the JSE and published on the Issuer's website.
