UPDATE ON DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED
31 MARCH 2025


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 19 December 2025 wherein it was
advised, inter alia, that the publication of the Company's results for the year ended 31 March 2025
("Results") would be delayed due to the complexities around the treatment of the collapse of the Inzalo
Capital Holdings Proprietary Limited transactions ("Inzalo Transactions").

Shareholders are hereby advised that during the final stages of the preparation process, it was
determined that certain aspects of the Business Combination resulting from the Inzalo Transactions
required further attention. These unanticipated additional changes have unfortunately resulted in a
further delay to the publication of the Results.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised that, in the absence of further complications, the Results are
expected to be released on or before 31 March 2026. The interim results for the six-month period ended
30 September 2025 are anticipated to be released within 10 business days of the Results being
released.
