QUARTERLY SUSPENSION UPDATE


Shareholders are referred to the various announcements released on the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange ("JSE") News Service, the last of which was published on 28 April 2026, relating to
the suspension of the listing of the Company's securities.

In terms of paragraph 1.11(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company is required to
provide an update to shareholders regarding the current state of affairs of the Company until
the suspension is lifted.

The Company published the following financial information in order to address its non-
compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements relating to the timely publication of financial
information:

    •   Condensed Unreviewed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the period
        ended 30 June 2025, published on Tuesday, 31 March 2026; and

    •   Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025,
        incorporating the re-audit of the 2024 annual financial statements, published on
        Monday, 11 May 2026.

The Company remains on track to publish the Integrated Annual Report ("IAR") for the year
ended 31 December 2025 on or about 5 June 2026, as previously communicated in the update
released on 26 May 2026.

Following publication of the IAR, the Company intends to commence the necessary processes
to seek the lifting of the suspension in the trading of the Company's shares.
