NOTICE IS GIVEN TO ALL HOLDERS OF SBC154 ZAR250,000,000 SENIOR
UNSECURED FLOATING RATE CREDIT LINKED NOTES LISTED NOTE DUE
20 June 2032 (Stock Code: SBC154 and ISIN Code: ZAG000215047) (the
"Note") issued in terms of The Standard Bank of South Africa
Limited's Structured Note Programme (the "Programme") on
22 April 2025. Capitalised terms used and not otherwise defined in
this announcement have the meaning given to them in the Pricing
Supplement of the Note, as read with the Programme Memorandum.
Noteholders are hereby advised, in accordance with the provisions
of the Pricing Supplement of the Note, that in the -
  (A)   "Spread(t)" definition, "B(t)" is the Reference Rate plus
        0.98%; and
  (B)   "Total Return Swaps Amounts" definition, the "IndexInitial"
        is 1400.616,
  for the TRS Interest Period commencing on 20 June 2026.
Notice is given to Noteholders for information purposes only.   No
action is required by Noteholders.
