Final Redemption SBEN35

Holders of the listed SBEN35 Index Linked Notes ("the Notes")
which are redeeming on 20 April 2026 are informed that the final
level of the index and foreign exchange was determined and
calculated on 14 April 2026 as 14,495.064 and USD1:ZAR16,3384.

Following this determination and calculation holders of the
Notes are advised as follows:

1. Holders instruct Standard Bank to sell the ETFs on behalf of
   the holders of the Notes and pay the redemption amount of
   such sale of the ETFs to the holder of the Notes, will receive
   on 20 April 2026 an amount of 121 548.94960 South African
   cents per the Note equivalent to the value of the relevant
   ETFs held by them on the Record Date.

2. After payment of the sale proceeds of the ETFs on 20 April
   2026, the Notes (SBEN35) will be de-listed from the JSE on
   Tuesday, 21 April 2026.
