        TRUSTCO GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED: SUSPENSION QUARTERLY UPDATE




1.    Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 29 January 2026 where Trustco
      announced that Trustco submitted a request for a ruling to the JSE to obtain
      clarification on the proposed audit sign-off, ensuring that the auditors' engagement
      aligns with the JSE LR.


2.    On 20 March 2026 the JSE provided a confirmation response which will allow the
      Company and the to be appointed Group auditors to complete and to commence and
      complete, their respective audit processes.


3.    The Trustco Group auditors have thereafter commenced with their internal onboarding
      process. Upon completion, this would be submitted to the Audit and Risk Committee
      for consideration and approval.


4.    The Namibian Audit process remains ongoing at subsidiary and investee levels.


5.    Once the engagement, enhanced onboarding and approval process in terms of the
      SLR has been completed, a proper timeline will be communicated to the market.
