All of the SXEIAS notes in issue have been repurchased by the Issuer. The listing of SXEIAS will accordingly terminate
and be delisted. The suspension of the SXEIAS notes will be effective from Friday 6 November 2026 and the delisting
thereof will be effective at commencement of business on Wednesday 11 November 2026.

The structured product is exercisable only in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the relevant pricing
supplement. There are no holders of SXEIAS therefore no settlement is applicable.
