DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE PROPOSED AMALGAMATION

Investors are referred to the announcement released on 24 July 2026 regarding the proposed amalgamation of
RWDVF into RWAGP and the associated timetable, which indicated that the results of the ballot process would be
announced on Wednesday, 07 October 2026.

The Manager advises that publication of the results announcement has been delayed pending finalisation of the
ballot process and receipt of all required confirmations.

A further announcement will be released on SENS as soon as the ballot process has been finalised and all required
confirmations have been received. The announcement will advise investors of the outcome of the ballot process and
any consequential amendments to the timetable, if applicable.
