CHANGE TO DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Mr Stuart Jackson has advised that he will retire from the
position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He will
remain an executive director to support the Group and his
successor during the transition.

Following Mr Jackson's announcement, Ms Priya Govind will step
into the role of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms
Govind joined the Group in 2023 and was appointed to the Board
on 4 June 2025 as the CFO-designate. Her appointment is in
accordance with the Group's succession plan.

These changes are effective from 3 June 2026.
