APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the Company
("Board") is pleased to announce that Mr. Phil Roux ("Director") has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 22 May 2026.

Mr. Roux has over three decades of experience in the FMCG sector having held numerous
executive positions inclusive of CEO, executive and non-executive directorships. Mr. Roux
previously held board positions as a non-executive director at Tiger Brands, Oceana, Sea
Harvest, Dairybelle, Langeberg and Ashton Foods. He has served as the CEO of Pioneer
Foods, Adcorp Limited and most recently Nampak Limited, where he led a significant
operational turnaround. He holds a B Com (Hons) and an MBA.

The Board confirms that a fit and proper assessment, as contemplated in the JSE Listings
Requirements, was undertaken in respect of the Director and that the Board is satisfied with
the outcome thereof.

The Director has provided the Company with the information to be included in the director's
declaration in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements and the Board confirms that
there are no statements or disclosures to report in relation to the integrity information contained
in his declaration.

The Board welcomes the Director and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
