SUMMARISED GROUP ANNUAL RESULTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED
31 DECEMBER 2025

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Operating loss decreased by 13.38% to R14.87 million, from R17.17 million in the prior
     corresponding period.

     Loss and headline loss per share improved by 7.58% to a loss of 15.60 cents per share,
     from a loss and headline loss per share of 16.88 cents per share in the prior corresponding
     period.

     Net asset value per share ("NAVPS") decreased by 22.43% to 56.86 cents per share,
     from 73.30 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.
