NOTIFICATION OF PRESENTATION TO ANALYSTS

Shareholders are advised that a presentation on the Company’s condensed consolidated
audited financial results for the year ended 30 June 2026 will be made to analysts at 09:00
on Friday, 11 September 2026, at its head office at 15 Harris Drive, Ottery, Cape Town.

The results for the year ended 30 June 2026 are expected to be released on SENS on or
about 8 September 2026.

The slides in support of the presentation will be available on Bowler Metcalf’s website at
www.bowlermetcalf.co.za at the time of the presentation.

Participants will need to follow the link below to register in advance for this event. The closing
of registration for this event will be at 14:00 on Thursday, 10 September 2026.
