which are redeeming on 10 September 2026 are informed that the
Final Index Level was determined and calculated on 03 September
2026 as 8,659.585. Holders are reminded that:

Valuation Date:                Thursday, 03 September 2026

Valuation Rate Announcement:   Friday,   04   September   2026   (at
                               1:00pm)

Valuation Time:                The time the Index Level is
                               published on the Valuation Date

Last Date to Trade:            Wednesday, 02 September 2026

Suspension Date:               Thursday, 03 September 2026

Record Date:                   Monday, 07 September 2026

Maturity Date (Delivery/Payment):   Thursday, 10 September 2026

De-Listing Date:               Friday, 11 September 2026

Following this determination and calculation holders of the
Notes are advised as follows:

1. Holders will receive on 10 September 2026 an amount of
   122,792.88 South African cents per Note.

2. After the payment to holders as set out in paragraph 1 above
   on 10 September 2026, the Notes (SBEN63) will be de-listed
   from the JSE on 11 September 2026.
