Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 21 April 2026 and are advised that Messrs Gary Vaughan-
Smith and Timothy Denton, both of whom are non-executive directors of the Company, are investors in, and at no time
were they directors (or alternate directors or equivalent position) of SilverStreet Private Equities Strategies SICAR. The
directors' declarations of Messrs Gary Vaughan-Smith and Timothy Denton have been updated accordingly, and the
Company confirms that there are no positive statements to report in respect of the integrity information contained in the
directors' declarations.
