 NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE BOARD AND AUDIT COMMITTEE

 In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
 Requirements, the board of directors of Vineyard regrets to inform noteholders of the passing of Mr
 Brian William Smith (‘Mr Smith”), an independent non-executive director of the Issuer.

 Consequently, Mr Smith ceased to serve as a member of the board and the Audit Committee with
 effect from 9 October 2026. The board extends its sincere condolences to Mr Smith’s family, friends
 and colleagues.

  A further announcement regarding the appointment of a successor and any consequential changes
  to the Board and its committees will be made in due course.
