TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of paragraphs 6.26 to 6.30 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, the Company is required
to publish a trading statement as soon as it is reasonably certain that the financial results for the period
to be reported on will differ by at least 20% from the published results for the prior comparative period.

Shareholders are accordingly advised that the Company is reasonably certain that for the six-month
period ended 28 February 2026, basic and headline earnings per share is expected to be between 2.80
cents and 2.91 cents, compared to basic and headline earnings per share of 2.36 cents reported in the
prior comparative period, representing an increase of between 18.6% and 23.3%.

Shareholders should note that the interim results for the six months ended 28 February 2026 are
expected to be published on the Stock Exchange News Service on or about 8 April 2026.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported
on by the Company's auditors.
