TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES OF ATTACQ LIMITED


Pursuant to the announcement published by Attacq Limited (the Guarantor or Attacq), wherein the Guarantor notified its shareholders that it has received notification from the Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited (PIC) of the acquisition of Attacq shares, such that the PIC now holds 20.089% of the Guarantor's issued shares. 

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Attacq has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.

The board of directors of Attacq accepts responsibility that the information contained in this announcement accurately reflects the information contained in the TRP121.1 form received by the company from the PIC and no information has been omitted which is likely to affect such accuracy.
