CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors
of Cilo Cybin ("the Board") advises shareholders that Ms Reshoketswe Maggy Ledwaba has tendered her
resignation as Chief Financial Officer and executive director of the Company with effect from 31 March
2026.

However, Ms Ledwaba will remain with the Company until 30 April 2026 to ensure an orderly transition and
handover of responsibilities, including completion of the Company's upcoming financial reporting period.

The Board thanks Ms Ledwaba for her contribution during a period of significant corporate development for
the Company, including its transition from the AltX to the Main Board of the JSE and completion of its first
strategic acquisition, and wishes her well in her future endeavours.

As the Company continues to expand its operations and enters its next phase of growth, the Board has
commenced a succession process to appoint a successor to support the Company's evolving financial
leadership requirements.

Shareholders will be advised once an appointment has been made.
