Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026, availability of the Integrated Report and Notice of

Shareholders are advised that the Company's Integrated Report, including the audited consolidated Annual Financial
Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("the full Integrated Report" or "the
2026 Integrated Reporting Suite", were distributed to shareholders today, Friday, 31 July 2026.

DIVIDEND
Notice is hereby given that a final gross cash dividend of 21.50 cents per share (2025: 12.50 cents per share) for the year was
declared on Friday, 31 July 2026, payable to shareholders recorded in the share register of the Company at the close of business
on the record date appearing below. The salient dates pertaining to the interim dividend are as follows:
Last date to trade "cum" dividend: Tuesday, 22 September 2026
Date trading commences "ex" dividend: Wednesday, 23 September 2026
Record date: Friday, 25 September 2026
Date of payment: Monday, 28 September 2026
Ordinary share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday, 23 September 2026 and Friday,
25 September 2026, both days inclusive.
Shareholders who are not exempt from the Dividend Withholding Tax of 20% will therefore receive a net dividend of 17.20
cents per share. The Company has 113 062 100 ordinary shares in issue, and its income tax reference number is
9408/002/71/6. The dividend is being paid out of income reserves.
Dividends are declared in the currency of the Republic of South Africa. All times provided in this announcement are South
African local times. The directors have confirmed that the Company will satisfy the solvency and liquidity requirements
immediately after payment of the dividend.
AUDIT OPINION
The consolidated Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 have been audited by PKF Octagon Inc., who
expressed an unqualified audit opinion. The auditor's report, together with the consolidated Annual Financial Statements, is
