Change to the board of directors

Shareholders are informed that Ms. Marinda Dippenaar, who served as a non-executive director
on Afrocentric's board of directors (the "Board"), has stepped down from her position effective 6
March 2026. As a result, Ms. Dippenaar also resigned from the Investment Committee.


Afrocentric is thankful for her valuable contribution during her tenure and wishes her well with
her future endeavours.

The Board is undertaking a process of finding a replacement non-executive director and an
announcement in this regard will be published in due course.
