SECTION 122 NOTICE – ACQUISITION OF SHARES

In accordance with Section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and Section 6.54 of
the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that on 11 March 2026, the
Company received formal notification from Ninety One SA (Pty) Ltd that it had acquired ordinary
shares of Sun International for and on behalf of its clients and funds.

Accordingly, and following the notice, which was dated 11 March 2026, Ninety One SA (Pty) Ltd
now holds 5.0012% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The board of directors accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement,
and to the best of their knowledge and belief, that information is true, and this announcement
