The portfolio will be an actively managed exchange traded fund. The portfolio's primary objective is to
deliver a real return of CPI + 7% over any rolling seven-year period, while maintaining a high-risk profile.
The portfolio places strong emphasis on capital appreciation. The portfolio is expected to display higher
short-term volatility, while aiming to maximise long-term capital growth.
The portfolio will be managed in accordance with the prudential investment requirements applicable to
South African retirement funds (Regulation 28 of the Pension Funds Act), to the extent permitted by the

Where the schemes are operated in territories other than in South Africa, participatory interests

regulatory environment is to the satisfaction of the Manager and Trustee and is of a sufficient standard
to provide investor protection at least equivalent to that in South Africa.
Investors may obtain participatory interests in the portfolio on the secondary market or by subscribing
