CHANGE TO THE BOARD COMMITTEE


Further to the announcements released on SENS on 6 May 2026 and 18 May 2026, in compliance with
paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements, the board of directors of Putprop (“Board”)
hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Hayden Hartley, an Independent Non-Executive Director, has been
appointed as the Chairperson of the Social and Ethics Committee with effect from 19 August 2026.

Accordingly, the Social and Ethics Committee will comprise:
-   Hayden Hartley (Chairperson)
-   Janys Ann Finn
-   Khumbelo Nevhorwa
-   Darryl Mayers
-   Alicia Nolte
