CHANGE IN ROLES OF DIRECTORS


In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the Company ("Board")
is pleased to announce the following change in roles of certain directors of the Company:

    •   The Board has assessed and determined that Mohsin Tajbhai meets the independence
        criteria set out in King IV. Accordingly, Mr. Tajbhai has been re-designated as an
        independent non-executive director.
    •   Mr. Tajbhai has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Company's Remuneration and
        Nomination Committee and as a member of the Company's Audit and Risk Committee. Mr.
        Tajbhai will step down from his role as Chairperson of the Social and Ethics Committee.
    •   Mr. Gasant Orrie, the Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as Chairperson of the
        Social and Ethics Committee.

These changes are effective from 29 April 2026.

The Board welcomes these changes in the respective Director's roles and looks forward to the
continued and valuable contributions of the directors to the Company.
