The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited has early redeemed the
entire issue of SBEN52 issued under its Structured Note
Programme and has requested the JSE Limited that SBEN52 be de-
listed effective 11 February 2026.


All dates in respect of SBEN52 in accordance with the SENS
announcement dated 30 June 2025 are inapplicable due to the
early redemption.


The new salient dates for the early redemption are set out
below:


Last Day to Trade               Wednesday, 04 February 2026
Suspension date                 Thursday, 05 February 2026
Record date                     Monday, 09 February 2026
Early   Redemption    Payment   Tuesday, 10 February 2026
Date
Termination date                Wednesday, 11 February 2026


The purpose for the early redemption is due to the Noteholder
redeeming all the Notes for 149,311.28482 South African cents
per Note (the total amount being ZAR R612,176,267.75 in respect
of all notes issued under SBEN52) and will be paid in full by
the Issuer on 10 February 2026.
