NOTIFICATION OF UPDATE OF APPLICABLE PRICING SUPPLEMENT FOR THE IBL375 NOTES

Investec hereby provides notice in accordance with Condition 21.1 of the Terms and Conditions of the
ZAR70,000,000,000 Investec Bank Limited Domestic Medium-Term Note and Preference Share Programme dated
05 May 2026 (the “Programme”) and paragraph 6.22(a) of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, that the deferred interest rate specified in the Applicable Pricing Supplement relating to the IBL375
Notes (the “Applicable Pricing Supplement”) contained a manifest error.

The deferred interest has been updated to ZAR-PRIME-AVERAGE (averaged daily and compounded monthly).

The Applicable Pricing Supplement has been provided to the JSE and is available for inspection on the website of
the Issuer at https://www.investec.com/en_za/investec-for-institutions/fixed-income/structured-sales/pricing-
supplements.html
