1. Introduction

by introduction of the participatory interests in the Anchor EasyETFs Aspirant SA Equity Actively
Managed ETF ("Anchor EasyETFs Aspirant SA Equity AMETF").

The information set out below has been extracted from EasyETFs ETF Programme Memorandum ("the
Programme Memorandum") issued by the Manager on 18 October 2024 and updated on 11 May 2026
and the 9th Supplement ("the Supplement") issued on 11 May 2026 and relates to the listing by
introduction of Anchor EasyETFs Aspirant SA Equity AMETF participatory interests in the "Actively
Managed ETF" sub-sector of the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector on the Main Board of the JSE.

2. Structure

The Anchor EasyETFs Aspirant SA Equity AMETF(" the portfolio") is managed by EasyETFs (RF) (Pty)
Ltd, an approved Manager of Collective Investment Schemes and as such is governed in terms of
CISCA.

The Manager has entered into an Investment Management Agreement with Anchor Capital (Pty) Ltd
(FSP Number: 39834), in terms of which Anchor will manage the underlying portfolio and execute
transactions to reflect these changes on behalf of the Manager.

FirstRand Bank Limited, acting through Rand Merchant Bank Custody Services Division will act as the

3. Summary of the Listing

3.1 Issue size: 1,000

3.2 Issue price: R10 (1000 Zac)

3.3 Investment Policy:

The portfolio will be an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("AMETF") listed on the JSE, with the
primary objective of achieving long-term capital growth by investing predominantly in South African
equity securities listed on recognised exchanges, aiming to replicate the risk-return profile of the overall
South African equities market.

It will be managed in accordance with the investment limitations applicable to the ASISA South African
– Equity – SA General portfolio classification. The portfolio will follow a research-driven investment
strategy, informed by the Manager's macroeconomic outlook and market assessments. Investments
will primarily include individual South African equity securities and participatory interests in collective
investment schemes aligned with the portfolio's objectives, selected through robust due diligence
across all industry groups and market capitalisations. The strategy emphasizes capital growth while
managing volatility, maintaining an investment risk profile consistent with high equity exposure.

To achieve its objective, the portfolio may also hold cash, participatory interests in money market
portfolios, and money market instruments for liquidity management, in line with applicable legislation.
Supplementary investments may include listed and unlisted financial instruments, long-term deposits,
listed property, bonds, debentures, securitised debt, warrants, certificates, and other instruments
conferring rights to subscribe to, acquire, dispose of, or convert securities, provided these remain
consistent with the portfolio's objectives and classification.

The portfolio is restricted to South African assets and may include participatory interests in other
portfolios or exchange-traded funds and notes, subject to the Act. Investors may acquire participatory
interests on the primary or secondary market. The Manager may create, issue, redeem, or cancel an
unlimited number of participatory interests in accordance with the Act and the Deed.

Nothing in the supplemental deed precludes the Manager from adjusting asset allocations to maximise
capital growth in changing economic conditions, comply with exchange requirements, or manage
liquidity. The Manager will ensure that the portfolio's aggregate assets comply with the Act, and the
Trustee will ensure that the investment policy set out in the Deed and any supplemental deeds is
properly implemented.
