Notification of transactions by Directors and PDMRs
The Company announces the following transactions in its Ordinary Shares by Directors and Persons
Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs):
• Purchases of Ordinary Shares under the Company’s Non-Executive Directors’ ‘Shares in lieu of fees’
scheme. The Shares were acquired in the market using after-tax Directors’ fees in respect of their
services to the Company relating to the period 1 July – 30 September 2026; and
• A grant of options under the Company’s Sharesave Plan, a UK HM Revenue & Customs approved
all-employee Save As You Earn (“SAYE”) share option plan under which employees are able to save
from their monthly salary funds to exercise share options at the end of the savings period at a fixed
discounted option price.
In accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, the relevant FCA notifications are
