EXTENSION OF EXPIRATION DATE : NNF015
Noteholders are referred to the applicable pricing supplement for NNF015 ("NNF015 APS") issued
under the Nedbank ZAR60,000,000,000 Structured Note Programme and are advised that the
Expiration Date has been extended from 30 June 2025 to 7 July 2025 in terms of the provisions of the
NNF015 APS.
As a consequence of the extension of the Expiration Date, the "FR" in the Cash Settlement Amount
formula will decrease with one week's interest as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
The Final Redemption Amount per Note payable by the Issuer to the Noteholders on the Maturity Date
shall be an amount calculated by the Calculation/Issuer Agent in accordance with the following formula:
CSA = SD × [FIL/IIL + FR] × [FXF/FXI]
Where:
"CSA" means the Cash Settlement Amount;
"SD" means the Specified Denomination;
"×" means multiplied by;
"FIL" means the Final Index Level;
"IIL" means the Initial Index Level;
"FR" means 13.02000%;
"FXF" means the USD/ZAR currency exchange rate as determined by the Calculation/Issuer Agent on or
about the Expiration Date;
"FXI" means 17.2945;
"USD" means the lawful currency of the United States of America; and
"ZAR" means the lawful currency of the Republic of South Africa.
Any capitalised terms not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the NNF015 APS.
